In the past, â€Å"leadership† was more concerned with the bottom line than shaping the people and organization to ensure its continued success. Leadership and management are two very different topics; however, many people subscribe there is no differentiation. From a Christian perspective, leadership and managerial applications must rest upon scriptural truth and divine authority. Today, coupled with Christian beliefs and ethics, development and effective utilization of key skills and concepts influences how successful a person will be in leading an organization, department, division or small group.
